I could have sworn I was a member here. Some of my work is even posted here.

I tried doing it again and it still says "Sorry, join requests are closed at this time".

I'm old enough to have watched a local TV show that had Fleischer Studio Popeye cartoons paired with the 1960-61 "Out of the Inkwell" cartoons with Koko the clown. The references here bring back part of my childhood.
